    概要:ヒトPK予測の重要な指標となる血漿中タンパク結合率について、2種類のヒト肝細胞キメラマウスである “PXBマ

    ウス” と “Hu-Liver TK-NOGマウス” を用 いて、ヒト予測精度を比較した。
    臨床データとの相関性は、PXBマウスは39化合物中34化合物(87.2%)、 Hu- Liver TK-NOGマウスは24化合物中15化合物(62.5%)であり、PXBマウスの方が高い予測精度を示した。
